This device is equipped with only one built-in PCB antenna and does not support external high-gain antennas. As a result, its signal reception performance is inferior to that of standard smartphones.

Please confirm the installation location in advance:
- Use a smartphone displaying full 4G/5G signal bars at the same location as the reference standard;
- If the smartphone shows only 2–3 signal bars, or achieves full signal only near a window or outdoors, this device may suffer from weak signal strength, unstable network connections or random disconnections;
- Do not install the device in areas with severe signal shielding, such as basements, elevator shafts, enclosed low-voltage cabinets, or corners obstructed by metal structures.

This device is a 4G smart switch with a built-in European SIM card, meaning it is only valid in Europe.

Data usage is valid for two years, with a top-up fee of €5 per year.
